We started the process of looking for a new industrial facility when Covid started tapering off. Which unfortunately coincided with the market rapidly changing almost on a daily basis. Throughout the whole process, David was constantly adapting his offerings to the decreasing supply and our companies demands ie. High power etc. He remained patient and took us to see many facilities until we settled on a few ready built units at KEZAD. Even after the lease was signed he went above and beyond to continue communications on our behalf to the landlord to clarify small points.
